We accept cash on delivery (COD) and secure payment links.

Please keep the exact amount ready where possible. There is no extra fee for cash on delivery.
Payment links
We send a payment link by WhatsApp or email. Your order is processed after payment is confirmed.
Card security
Card details are entered on our payment provider's secure page. Qeem Souq does not see or store your full card number.
Prices and VAT
All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT.
Invoices
A VAT invoice showing our TRN (105595529600003) is issued for your order. If you need a copy, email info@qeemsouq.com.
Problems with payment
If a payment fails or you are charged twice, contact us with your order number and we will look into it promptly.
