Delivery is free on all orders.

Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation. Estimated delivery is 1-3 working days for Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman and 2-5 working days for other emirates. These times are estimates and not guarantees.

We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and address. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and reachable.

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, no answer or refusal, we may try again or cancel the order. Re-delivery charges may apply.

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the package is visibly damaged or items are missing, tell the courier and contact us within 24 hours with photos and your order number.
