Products and pricing

Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT. We try to keep descriptions, images and stock levels accurate. Colours may vary slightly by screen. If a price or description error is found after you order, we will contact you. You may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Orders

Your order is a request to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm it by email or WhatsApp, or when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or an undeliverable address. Any payment taken will be refunded. For cash on delivery orders, we may confirm by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.

Delivery, payment and returns

Delivery is free across the UAE. Delivery times, payment options and returns are explained in our Shipping, Payment and Return policies, which form part of these terms.

Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the logo, text, images and design, belongs to Qeem Souq or its licensors. It may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false orders.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Please contact us first at info@qeemsouq.com so we can resolve your concern. Unresolved disputes fall under the competent courts of the UAE, without limiting your right to complain to the relevant consumer protection authority.
